The Firm advised the Africell Group, as the borrower under a $150Million syndicated loan facility arranged by Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch, as per LMA standards and documentation. The transaction’s multi-jurisdictional aspect involved over 40 banks in 12 jurisdictions where the Africell group companies are established.
