The Firm advised the seller in the Hello/Latelz acquisition and merger. The transaction involved the divestment of 100% of the capital of Glasswool Holdings Limited, the company that owns and operates a GSM license in Cambodia under the brand name “SMART”. The buyer, Axiata Group Berhard, is the owner of “Hello”, a company listed on the Malaysia stock exchange (Bursa Malaysia).
