  • The Firm advised the buyer on the acquisition of the entire equity stake of the major licensed telecom and mobile services operator in Liberia.
  • The Firm advised a commercial bank in its capacity as borrower on the procurement of a credit line from the European Investment Bank (EIB) pursuant to the European Union and the Republic of Lebanon Framework Agreement of 1997. The facility is to be used by the borrower for the financing of small and medium sized projects approved by EIB to be carried out in Lebanon by private sector companies in productive sectors which meet certain eligibility criteria (mainly environmental).
