The Firm advised a consortium of bidders on the preparation of a tender offer and the submission of proposals to the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water for the award of an energy project jointly developed by Electricité du Liban (EDL) and the Lebanese Ministry of Energy and Water. The project involves a joint venture between different parties, including Electricité de France (EDF).
