The Firm advised on the privatization of the telecoms sector in Lebanon in coordination with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and the Higher Council for Privatization of the Lebanese Republic. The Firm opines on the tender process for the sale of two GSM licenses to build, own and operate a mobile telecommunications network and provide mobile telecommunications services in Lebanon, together with the acquisition of the businesses of the existing mobile network operators.
