• The Firm advised premier developer FFA Real Estate on the development of the large-scale Ahlam Lands real estate project financed through private placements under novel fiduciary arrangements, involving a complex approvals process before several public authorities for the parceling-out of the project.

• The Firm advised leading TV station LBCI on the motion filed by the largest Arab media group Rotana before the Court of Appeals in Paris for the annulment of an ICC arbitration award rendered in favor of the Firm’s client LBCI.
