Joe Nahoul is a senior associate at Abou Jaoude & Associates Law Firm. Prior to joining the Firm, Joe practiced with a reputable law firm in Lebanon.
Joe has considerable experience advising clients on matters related to corporate, labor, and real estate law, with a notable industry expertise in healthcare and real estate, having represented hospitals and major property developers on several projects.
He handles the incorporation of companies, and advises annually-retained companies on the legal aspects of their day-to-day business, including regulatory compliance, registrations of intellectual property rights, and a wide spectrum of commercial agreements.
Joe also handles civil and commercial lawsuits across industries before all court levels.
He is responsible for the Firm’s relationship management with the Beirut Bar Association.
